【摘要】 目的：探讨肢体康复训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者的效果。方法：将88例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各44例，分别给予肢体康复训练及常规护理，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组护理满意度为95.45%，显著高于对照组的77.27%，差异有统计学意义(字2=6.175，P<0.05);观察组护理后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分为(62.09±4.29)分，显著高于对照组的(50.94±3.93)分，差异有统计学意义(t=4.916，P<0.05);观察组护理后日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分为(64.65±4.92)分，显著高于对照组的(53.37±5.11)分，差異有统计学意义(t=5.274，P<0.05)。结论：有效的肢体康复训练能够帮助脑梗死偏瘫患者快速、良好地恢复健康。
