【摘要】 目的：探讨优质护理对高血压脑出血术后患者康复状况的影响。方法：将2015年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院神经外科60例高血压脑出血术后患者纳入本次研究，随机分成对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组实施基础护理，研究组在基础护理基础上实施优质护理，分析两组并发症发生率及康复效果。结果：研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.043，P=0.044);干预4周后，研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后，研究组日常生活能力优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=9.932，P=0.002)。结论：对高血压脑出血术后患者实施优质护理可提高康复效果。
