全麻苏醒期手术室护理干预对患者心理状况及躁动发生率的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析全麻蘇醒期手术室护理干预对患者心理状况及躁动发生率的影响。方法：将笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的100例全麻苏醒期患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预，研究组实施手术室护理干预，比较两组心理状况、全麻苏醒用时、躁动发生率、护理满意度。结果：研究组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组，且全麻苏醒用时短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躁动发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：手术室护理干预有利于改善和消除全麻苏醒期患者的负性心理状况，降低躁动发生危险，提高护理满意度，具有临床借鉴和采纳意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the influence of operating room nursing intervention during the recovery period of general anesthesia on patients’ psychological status and incidence of agitation.Method：From February 2018 to February 2019，100 cases of general anesthesia patients in the recovery period in our hospital were taken as research objects.According to random number table method，they were divided into the control group and the research group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，while the research group was given operating room nursing intervention.The psychological status，recovery time of general anesthesia，incidence of agitation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The SAS and SDS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group，and the recovery time of general anesthesia was shorter than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the research group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Operating room nursing intervention is helpful to improve and eliminate the negative psychological state of patients during the recovery period of general anesthesia，reduce the risk of agitation and improve nursing satisfaction，which has clinical reference and adoption significance.
