【摘要】目的探讨血液净化室建筑布局合理设计的方法。方法按照卫生部《血液净化标准操作规程(2010版)》结构布局要求，执行隔离技术规范。结果血液净化室建筑布局合理、流程畅通，保持了由洁到污的顺序，这些满足了使用功能、医院感染控制、工作流程、使用环境、设备安装及将来发展等方面的需要。结论规范血液净化室建筑布局设计，使血液净化室分区合理，功能流程畅通，提高医院感染预防控制和管理能力。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo design a rational architectural layout for blood purification chamber.MethodsWe executed the isolated technology specifications in accordance with the structure and layout requirements of blood purification standard operating practices,which is issued by the Ministry of Health in 2010.ResultsWith the rational architectural layout of blood purification chamber,smooth process and the order retained from cleaning to maintain,meet the needs of use function,hospital infection coercion,workflow,environment,equipment installation and development in future.ConclusionStandarding the design of architectural layout for blood purification chamber can separate the blood purification center in reason,smooth the process flow,improve hospital infection prevention and management capabilities. ......
