AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折的临床分析(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年3月在我院就诊的69例小儿股骨干骨折患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和研究组(35例)。对照组采用切开复位疗法治疗，研究组采用AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的骨折优良率为100.00%，显著高于对照组的85.29%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的骨折临床愈合时间和骨性愈合时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为5.71%，低于对照组的23.53%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折临床效果显著，可以促进骨折早日痊愈。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of AO titanium elastic intramedullary screw in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.Methods Altogether 69 children with femoral shaft fractures who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were involved as the object of this study and divided into the control group (34 cases) and the study group (35 cases) according to the random number method.The control group was treated with open reduction therap，the study group was treated with AO titanium elastic intramedullary screws.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 100.00%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.29%)，with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The clinical fracture healing time and bony healing time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group，with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications of the study group was 5.71%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group (23.53%)，with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of AO titanium elastic intramedullary screw has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children，and can promote the early recovery of fracture.

股骨干骨折是一種常见的骨折类型，以前一般采用牵引复位、石膏外固定的治疗方法，但是骨折治愈的效果并不好，需要长时间恢复[1]。以往临床上通常采用夹板外固定或牵引等方法治疗小儿股骨干骨折，但是这些方法都具有治疗时间长、护理难度大等缺点，再加上儿童本身喜欢多动，给治疗效果造成较大的难度。随着我国医学技术的不断进步，将AO钛制弹性髓内钉应用到股骨干骨折中具有良好的效果[2]。我院以小儿股骨干骨折患者作为研究对象，采用AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗，效果显著，现报道如下。
