[摘要] 目的 探讨临床不合理用药的药学干预效果。 方法 在2015年1～10月我院实施药学干预后所收治的患者中随机选取30例作为观察组，同时在2014年1～12月未实施药学干预时所收治的患者中随机选取30例患者，作为对照组，观察比较两组患者的不合理用药情况。 结果 观察组患者的不合理用药发生率为20.0%，对照组患者的不合理用药发生率为56.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在临床治疗过程中通过药学干预，可有效降低临床不合理用药的发生率，提高临床用药的科学性、合理性，有效避免因临床不合理用药对患者造成的伤害。
