压缩传输技术模式在医学影像实时远程会诊中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究压缩传输技术模式在医学影像实时远程会诊中的应用效果。 方法 利用压缩传输技术,构建安全稳定的医学影像实时远程会诊应用模式,随机选择2014年1月~2015年4月我院下属各社区卫生服务中心进行医学影像检查的患者300例,采取掷硬币正、反两面分别指定为实验组和对照组各150例,实验组采用压缩传输技术模式进行医学影像实时远程会诊,对照组仅在社区卫生服务中心本地进行诊断,比较两组的诊断准确率、误诊率、医生诊断技能提高率和患者满意度。 结果 实验组的诊断准确率、误诊率、医生诊断技能提高率和患者满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 压缩传输技术模式在医学影像实时远程会诊中的应用,操作比较方便,不仅能提升医学影像医疗服务水平及患者的满意度,还能提高诊断水平。

    Application effect of compression transmission technology mode in real-time remote consultation of medical image

    [Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of compression and transmission technology mode in real-time remote consultation of medical image. Methods By compression and transmission technology,safe and stable application mode of real-time remote consultation of medical image was constructed.Three hundred patients from January 2014 to April 2015 for medical image examinations in community health service center affiliated to our hospital were randomly selected.By tossing a coin in front or back side,they were evenly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,real-time remote consultation was realized by compression and transmission technology.In the control group,the diagnosis was carried on in the local community health service center.The accuracy rate of diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate,improvement rate of doctor′s diagnostic skills,and patient′s satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results In the experimental group,the accuracy rate of diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate,improvement rate of doctor′s diagnostic skills,and patient′s satisfaction were all superior to those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of compression and transmission technology in real-time remote consultation of medical image is convenient in operation,which improves medical service level in medical image and patient′s satisfaction,but also diagnostic ability.

    海量化医学影像数据的传输延迟已经成为影响数据处理效率的主要瓶颈[1],应用高效的数字化压缩传输模型已成为解决这一问题的关键,其为海量化医学影像数据实行远距离传输,开展异地实时远程会诊提供可能[2],最大限度地发挥医院影像科室的人才技术优势[3]。本研究尝试建立压缩传输技术模式,并通过实验验证压缩传输技术模式的合理性,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(郑蓉 郑定容)
