依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害的效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨和分析依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年12月～2013年12月在本院接受治疗的高血压合并肾功能损害患者30例为研究对象，给予依那普利治疗，观察和对比治疗前后的血压(SBP、DBP)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿白蛋白(mAlb)。 结果 治疗后的SBP、DBP、BUN、SCr、mAlb均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害患者的效果显著。
