[摘要] 目的：对在经皮肾镜取石术之前进行介入性超声造瘘的应用价值进行分析。方法：随机抽取2006年8月～2010年8月296例在本院就诊的肾结石临床确诊患者病例，将其分为A、B两组各148例。A组患者采用B超定位的经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗；B组患者在经皮肾镜取石术之前进行介入性超声造瘘。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术平均时间、住院平均时间、并发症和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果：B组患者的结石的清除率、平均手术时间和住院时间都明显优于A组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者在治疗过程中均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在经皮肾镜取石术之前进行介入性超声造瘘，其临床意义十分重要，可以使结石的清除率显著提高，治疗和恢复时间缩短，不会出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象，可以作为临床对该类患者进行治疗的首选方法，值得进一步使用和推广。

Analysis about the percutaneous nephroscopic stone-free preoperative in ultrasonic fistula

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the percutaneous nephroscopic stone-free preoperative in ultrasonic fistula. Methods: Two hundred and ninety-six cases of patients with renal calculus in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2010 were divided into group A and group B, Group A was exceed the positioning of the patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment; Group B was in percutaneous nephrolithotomy before a colostomy the ultrasound. The treatment effect, average of operation time, hospital stays, complication and adverse reaction conditions of two groups were analyzed. Results: The analysis results showed that the stones clearance, average operation time and hospitalization time of group B were better than the patients of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); patients of two groups in the healing process all did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical significance of percutaneous nephrolithotomy before ultrasonic colostomy is important, it can improve the stones clearance observably, shorten the cure and recover time, there is no complication and untoward effect, it to be the preferred method of this disease, is worth to generalization at clinical.
