[摘要] 目的：对90例重度宫颈糜烂利普刀治疗体会进行探讨。方法：选取本院2007年3月~2008年3月收治的重度宫颈糜烂患者90例为研究对象，采用利普刀技术进行治疗。结果：对90例重度宫颈糜烂患者利普刀治疗后1年随访观察，最短痊愈时间为30 d，最长时间为59 d。其中一次性治愈89例，仅1例于术后1个月进行第2次手术，术后2个月复查痊愈，1年内90例治愈患者未见复发。结论：利普刀治疗重度宫颈糜烂疗效确切，具有微创、手术时间短、出血量少、疼痛轻微、并发症少、不需要住院等优点，值得临床推广应用。

    Leep knife treatment of severe cervical erosion analysis of 90 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the treatment on severe cervical erosion using Leep knife. Methods: Using Leep knife to treat 90 severe cervical patients admitted to hospital from March 2007 to March 2008. Results: 1 year post-treatment follow-up observation for 90 cases of patients showed that the shortest recovery time was 30 days and the longest time was 59 days. 89 patients were cured in one time, Only 1 case was given a second surgery after the first time treatment and was cured after 2 months of second surgery, all 90 cases of patients were cured within a year with no recurrence. Conclusion: Leep knife treatment on severe cervical erosion is effective with minimum invasive surgery, short operative time, less blood loss, mild pain and few complications, no hospital admission, etc., this method is worthy to be popularized in clinical application. ......
