肝郁肾虚型慢性盆腔炎舌象的观察研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:研究肝郁肾虚型慢性盆腔炎的舌象特点及通过中药治疗后的舌象变化。方法:收集54例慢性盆腔炎病例,通过中医辨证分型,分为肝郁肾虚型32例,非肝郁肾虚型22例。将前两组与正常人群组31例,进行数字化舌象分析和比较。对肝郁肾虚型患者进行辨证论治,观察其治疗前后的舌象指数变化。结果:肝郁肾虚型慢性盆腔炎舌象在裂纹指数、厚薄指数、胖瘦指数、瘀斑指数上与正常人差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在胖瘦指数上肝郁肾虚型与非肝郁肾虚型差异有统计学意义,治疗后胖瘦指数明显上升(P<0.05),瘀斑指数明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:慢性盆腔炎的辨证分型与舌像指数存在一定的关联;通过中医药治疗,肝郁肾虚型患者的舌象指数(胖瘦指数、瘀斑指数)在治疗前后发生了较为明显的变化,对临床疗效的观察有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of the tongue characteristics of liver depression and kidney insufficiency PID patients

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the tongue characteristics of liver depression and kidney insufficiency patients of PID before and after TCM treatment. Methods: Tongue of 54 PID patients and 31 healthy women were collected respectively, and the tongue of liver depression and kidney insufficiency PID respectively before or after Chinese Medicine by Canon digital camera, then to analyze and compare the tongue characteristics. Results: The tongue of liver depression and kidney insufficiency PID were different from healthy women in Tongue Flaw value,Coat Thickness value ,Tongue Fat or Thin value and Tongue Spot value (P<0.05), The tongue of liver depression and kidney insufficiency PID were significantly different from other types of PID in Tongue Fat or Thin value (P<0.05), and the tongue figure .After the treatment of TCM, the tongue figure rised in Tongue Fat or Thin Flaw value(P<0.05),declined in Tongue Spot value(P<0.05). Conclusion: The syndrome types of Chinese medicine of PID is associated with the tongue figure to some extent. The tongue figure of liver depression and kidney insufficiency PID(Tongue Fat or Thin value and Tongue Spot value) changed significantly after treatment,the tongue figure can be an objective index for evaluating the effect of TCM to some degree.
