微信公众号在整形美容患者围手术期护理中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的:探讨微信公众号在整形美容患者围手术期护理工作中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2017年1月-8月在笔者科室行整形美容手术的100例女性患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用传统的术前、术后健康教育;观察组在对照组健康教育的基础上,利用微信公众平台对患者进行术前宣教、术后指导、咨询。比较两组患者对术前宣教、术后注意事项的掌握程度,焦虑情况和护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者对宣教内容的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,焦虑情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用微信公众号对整形美容患者进行围手术期护理,可提高患者掌握相关知识知晓率,能够有效减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

    Application of WeChat Public Platform in Perioperative Period Nursing of Plastic Surgery Patients

    Abstract: Objective To explore the application methods and effects of WeChat public platform in perioperative period nursing of plastic surgery patients. Methods The 100 female patients who underwent plastic surgery in my department from January to August 2017 were selected randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group used traditional preoperative period and postoperative healthy education. On the basis of the healthy education of the control group, the observation group used WeChat public platform to carry out preoperative education, postoperative guidance and consultation. To compare two groups of patients with preoperative education, postoperative care, anxiety and nursing satisfaction. Results In the observation group, the degree of mastery and satisfaction of the teaching contents were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the anxiety was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat public platform with cosmetic surgery patients perioperative period nursing, it improves the patient’s awareness of relevant knowledge and satisfaction, it also relieves patients' anxiety effectively and improve patient, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

    隨着智能手机的普及,移动互联网技术的快速发展,微信成为人们日常通讯的重要手段之一,在此基础上衍生出的微信公众号让信息的传递更加便捷、直观,这也给推进护理工作的信息化提供了新的思路[1]。笔者科室应用微信公众平台为整形美容手术患者进行围手术期护理,对患者进行一对一个体化完整、指导,得到患者一致好评,现报道如下。

    1 资料和方法

    1.1 临床资料:选择2017年1月-8月在笔者科室行整形美容手术的100例女性患者为研究对象。手术类型包括:重睑术,睑袋切除术,隆鼻术,隆胸术及脂肪抽吸术等各类整形外科常见手术。纳入标准:年龄18~45岁,思维清晰,语言沟通无障碍者;对手术及自身有客观认识,手术诉求合理者;能够熟练使用微信软件者。排除标准:二次手术,合并其他疾病以及精神心理疾病患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,观察组平均年龄为(27.31±8.64)岁;受教育程度为高中18例,高中以上32例。对照组平均年龄(28.57±9.46)岁;受教育程度为高中16例,高中以上34例。两组患者的年龄、文化程度等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(郑婉君 徐晓丽 袁琰琴)
