两组用药方案对重度痤疮的疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的：比较两组用药方案治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效，以期对临床用药有所指导。方法：将88例门诊重度痤疮患者随机分成A、B组，A组：给予罗红霉素胶囊+氯霉素酊治疗；B组：给予盐酸米诺环素胶囊+复方硫磺软膏治疗，8周后观察疗效。结果：A、B组治疗的总有效率分别为81.8%、79.5%，两组间总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对有适应证的重度痤疮患者，A组或B组或A、B组里的辅药互换都是治疗的不错选择。
