【摘要】 目的 分析不良固定修复体与局限性牙周炎之间的关系。方法 选择口内有固定修复体同时伴有局限性牙龈炎或牙周炎患者186例，575颗牙分别进行牙周状况检查。如：口腔卫生状况、牙龈指数(GI)、X线片检查和修复体检查，包括：修复体边缘密合性、轴面外形、邻接关系及桥体龈面与牙槽嵴的关系，对检查结果进行统计、分析。结果 186例局限性牙周炎的患者，其口内相应部位的修复体都存在修复缺陷。以修复体边缘不密合为主，占80%。其次是桥体龈面形态不良，邻接关系不良，轴面外形不良。结论 不良修复体是引起或加重局部牙周组织操作的主要原因。
