【摘要】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)59例的疗效。方法 采用免疫增强剂与中西医结合治疗乙肝。结果 42例乙肝小三阳HBV-DNA阳性转为阴性;12例大三阳HBV-DNA阳性转为阴性，HBeAg血清转换，ALT(谷丙转氨酶)均正常;5例乙肝表面抗原阳性转为阴性。结论 中西医结合治疗乙肝疗效肯定，副作用少，不易造成病毒变异。
