【摘要】 目的 探讨雪灵芝对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 采用酒精复制大鼠肝损伤模型，测定肝组织的丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量;并观察肝脏的病理组织学改变。结果 受试物各组的MDA、TG含量低于模型组，而GSH含量高于模型组;且其肝脏病理改变轻于模型组。结论 雪灵芝对酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用。
