【摘要】 目的 探讨骨肉瘤术前的初步诊断标准，从而为新辅助化疗前活检作病例筛选。方法 回顾性分析70例骨肉瘤病例，将诊断指标作统计分析，筛选有意义的指标。按照相关强弱制定骨肉瘤诊断评分表。结果 将评分标准应用于临床实践，22例评分判断为骨肉瘤患者病理结果全部吻合，正确率为100%。结论 骨肉瘤诊断评分标准可作为活检手术的参考依据，但尚须不断完善。
