【摘要】 目的 观察中草药不同浸液离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和副作用。方法 分别用60%乙醇、蒸馏水、食用醋中药浸液进行临床治疗。每日1次，10日为一疗程。结果 60%乙醇浸液有效率为97.2%，水浸液有效率为86.9%，醋浸液有效率为76.4%，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);60%乙醇浸液不良反应发生率为4.2%，水浸液不良反应发生率为7.2%，醋浸液不良反应发生率为16.6%，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中草药60%乙醇浸液治疗腰椎间盘突出症比水浸液、醋浸液的治疗有效率高，副作用少。
